Evan, a question please, why did the Ds not include a conservative scholar who understands that Trump committed impeachable offenses? Did they not try, or did they try and none would appear?

The Lindsey I voted for way back who understood climate change has been replaced by #LeningradLindsey who also can't be bothered to read the constitution himself.

Perhaps, it wasn't intended to be a spectacle but to garner a deeper understanding of what the Constitution says. Something the @GOP and @LindseyGrahamSC seem to have forgotten about.
