It took more than 10 years to defeat Hitler and 400 years to outlaw slavery. This might be a long go.
This situation has certainly given all who expect public servants to act in honor and good faith ample reason for disappointment, but I remain encouraged that for every coward exposed a new patriot emerges. I believe there are many more of the latter than the former. Onward.

Interesting how few elected officials have been honorable and how many career officials have been. They take the same (or similar) oath but they are not the same people.
