I used to be a public Defender, Nunes opening statement is like a defense attorney at trial, opening with a recounting of all the crimes his client committed that he has previously gotten away with. Not exactly a smart defense strategy.
Again Nunes fails to offer a fact-based defense of the president following a detailed, damning account of the facts by Schiff. I believe a good many additional Americans will judge accoringingly.
