Here’s an easy standard to set: Presidents shouldn’t use their power or influence to benefit them personally especially when it is contrary to US national security. Apply this to every president going forward & vote wisely.
Gordon Sondland was a loyal Trump follower like most of the House Republicans he’ll face today. Telling the truth, however, if he chooses, will immediately put him at odds with the gang and they’ll likely eat him alive for it, proving again their commitment to Trump over truth.
