He’s a scourge on Utah’s generally upstanding office holders. Shameless in his seeking of the spotlight and willing to say whatever it takes to get it. He’s one upped Chaffetz in this respect, which is quite a feat. Sad. #utpol

PLEASE run against this guy. He’s so corrupt. Utah deserves better.

Regrettably, I am in his district. I SO want him gone!

As a retired former State Department employee with 37 years service, I find Rep. Stewart’s comments so apalling and so against the spirit of dedication to country. It is embarassing and sad that someone actually believes this about civil servants.

When Utah wakes up, the rest of the Republicans will follow. But not if they keep listening to Chris Stewart, who once wrote about Lucifer and how his corruption changes people. It’s playing out in Stewart’s life just as he wrote it. He is the all bad guys in his books.

This is sooooooo criminal. How do you say something like that when we ask people in this country, "If you see something, say something"! Guys like this gotta go. No rule of law!

There's allot of adjectives I'd use for Chris Stewart, cunning isn't one of them.

You have seen the map of his district. He could shoot someone on St. George BLVD and be re-elected by almost 100%. People click the big R at the top of the ballot in this state because it's what they think they are supposed to. I dream of them actually vetting the candidates.

Please consider challenging him in the 2020 Republican primary.

I am fascinated by a politician who would set aside their moral compass for party.
