Trump is just playing the markets and Wall Street for his own policial benefit. When things start getting rough on the political front, he eases up on China, when things calm down, he talks tough. And Wall Street just plays along like a little puppy dog looking for a treat.......

So will he be claiming all the tariffs American taxpayers have paid (not China) and the bail out billions paid to corporate farmers as campaign donations. He forced those 'donations' in order to shake down the Chinese for his own personal political gain??
