It's sad we have to pat Republicans on the back for even lightly breaking with the President as he incites violence and asks foreign powers to interfere in our elections openly.
Welcomed baby steps from a good man, Congressman Upton. I hope to see more and that other Congressional Republicans will follow his lead.
