Thanks for this. Do you find you miss some of the beauty around while listening to a podcast? I’ve generally restricted podcasts to indoor treadmills.

I generally take the same approach, JB. But it was just too long of a journey yesterday not to listen to something and Team of Rivals was amazing. I only paused it when I needed my ears to listen for falling rocks instead!

Thank you, BD! Those are compression sleeves for my calves. For me, they’ve been a game-changer for endurance and recovery. You’re right, though, they’re not high fashion. Glad you’re willing to overlook them, though!
