#immigrants came to the US with values & opinions closer to the@GOP & conservatives than to the Democrats & liberals. Republicans & conservatives have pushed them away -
Or, more accurately, a constant stream of dishonest representation of the conservative position from third parties has done so, as was the point of the dishonest representation.
