On the theory that it's OK he's a criminal, and self dealing out of the Treasury, but dementia is a bridge too far? I suppose there is some truth to the final part of that statement, but I'd actually prefer a President who wasn't a common thief.

We need to be careful about diagnosing dementia without an examination, but there are many forms of mental illness and clearly the man is displaying signs of one or more of them.

He is not mentally ill! That again gives him a pass by saying it is something out of his control. He is blinded by his Greed, Love of Money and Power, his Hate and disdain for others. I could go on!

Yes, that accounts for most of the evil but not the cognitive misfires. I am not sure he is clinically insane although some type of personality disorder has to apply, I think his brain is showing signs of degeneration and he needs medical help.

He isn’t a narcissist. He doesn’t have NPD, it’s worse, so, so much worse. Donald is a psychopath. I get that he fits the diagnosis for NPD. In my field, like in medicine, like behaviors can be indicative of more than one diagnosis. We go with the most severe when also accurate
