First off, no one should use the word "leader" to describe this individual. He wouldn't have an inkling as to what "leadership" entails.

Not often one gets to see someone celebrating the fact that they do not do the work that their position requires.

If you don’t read it, they don’t have the right to comment on it.

Any of them that have not read the report won’t do their jobs, it’s time for them to go.

That’s too esoteric of a question. How about: what would any employer do with an employee who failed to carry out their job duties. Shouldn’t congress at least censure him?

My guess? It's like avoiding that ingredient list on the microwave burrito you picked up at a gas station..... approves enough to ingest it but is scared of what's in there!

Isn't reading part of the job?
