MSM has failed to explain that Mueller operated under different regs that applied with both Nixon and Clinton, allowing the Special Counsel to run the show. Regs expired at the onset of 1999 all Mueller could do was hand his report over to A.G. Barr, who's distorted the findings
Mueller made clear today that it is up to Congress to hold the president accountable for his crimes. Indeed it is. We cannot allow a president to hold himself above the law and expect to be free. Congress must use its constitutional powers to publicly consider impeachment now.

Congress MUST get access to the report asap and get Trump impeached. However, the impeachment process will continue through election 2020. And the Senate won't convict at this time.

No. Whether they have the votes in the Senate or not, it is their sworn duty to go through impeachment proceedings. They should do it publicly and maybe, just maybe, they can turn some “honest” Rep. Senators. If the Rep. Senators vote no to impeachment, they will have to explain.
