Trump is using Barr as his willing proxy to obstruct and chill U.S. law enforcement and intelligence agencies from collecting information that exposes his foreign backing and other corruption. He may succeed, which is why Congress must use its powers to protect the country.
Putin is looking to find out names of CIAs assets in Russia and Ukraine so he can murder them. Barr will get the names for Trump so he can give to Putin.
