  The "encourage" scenario that is their best case. Anyone really believe they just operated in parallel? That there weren't dozens of intermediaries helping to coordinate? Mueller makes clear his OBSTRUCTION COVERED UP HIS CONSPIRACY!!! Encrypted apps, deleted comms, 5A etc..

  Next ques Which headline is more accurate: Democrats' face political ques about impeachment? Or GOP so afraid of being "disloyal" they didn't need any report to agree with Trump that Putin was right - it wasn't Russia. Otherwise the headline about Democrats would read Congress
