Exactly. 12 of the 53 members of the
@SenateGOP voted to keep President Trump from exceeding his Constitutional authority. That’s 23% of them. And that’s MORE than we expected. Don’t EVER call yourselves Constitutional Conservatives again. We will laugh at you openly. - 1 more reply

They did not uphold their oath of office. Strict constructionist or believer in a "living Constitution", this violated any version. AND the same for SCOTUS if it says that a President has not just "great discretion", but the authority to create an emergency out of thing air.
