Amazing how someone whose biz behavior was so corrupt, with multiple violations of FCPA, domestic tax law, etc, didn't understand the scrutiny he'd open himself up to, and thought simply withholding tax returns would fix it. He will likely be forced to resign, or indicted.

So much THIS! This should have been a major track of media reporting, yet here we are, being reflective about his business behavior. A lot has been publicly dicumented, much could be discovered via FOIA, and sealed court cases need to be scrutinized.

Can we instate a program where a new President has to undergo the same process as anyone else acquiring a TS clearance? Seems the least we should do.

In a just world, I would think being a foreign agent would make all his judicial appointments and laws he signed null and void. But, I know that will not be the case here. Just hope he is removed somehow to prevent further damage.

People who care about the legitimacy of law and the US government will have to insist on that point. It will be a long fight- Trumps accomplices in Republican Party covered up his crimes specifically so they could steal the courts. But it’s only a lost cause if patriots drop it.
