Washington's dysfunction won't be solved by Washington's politicians. It'll be Americans across the country who reform our system by ending gerrymandering and advancing automatic voter registration, open primaries and ranked-choice voting to inspire more effective leadership.

I agree! And further more, why isn’t gerrymandering illegal? This is obviously a strategy to tip the scale in a particular direction. I really don’t understand why citizens are not more outraged by the practice of gerrymandering.
