What is missed in the rush to impeachment is the benefits of holding public hearings. It's public theatre and will make the case for impeachment far better than politicians shouting at political events.

I disagree, Evan. First, we send the WRONG message in saying Trump can do whatever he wants until the Mueller investigation is complete (which may be never). Impeachment is up to Congress, NOT Mueller. Second, what we already KNOW is basis for impeachment.

I'd really prefer charge, arrest, try, convict, imprison. All complicit, including GOP leadership that brought a Russian into their convention and changed their platform for him. This goes deep.

I want him and all of his spawn and anyone who aided or abetted them thrown in federal prison without possibility for parole. And I WANT to see the perp walk.

"If you strike the Prince you must kill him". Impeachment without conviction strengthens him. Let indictments put fear in GOP with RICO NRA GRU RNC. Make supporting him toxic. Count votes. And be sure a sealed indictment of Pence is locked and loaded. No court fights.
