Election fraud financed by GOP candidate @MarkHarrisNC9 in North Carolina’s 9th district demands a new general election, which is what the law allows. Some state GOP leaders’ efforts to change the rules now, even though they knew of the fraud ahead of time, should be rejected.
Whether Republican, Democrat or independent, we must set aside partisan interest to ensure the integrity of our elections. The North Carolina race between @MarkHarrisNC9 and @McCreadyForNC is now a battle for our shared power to choose and hold accountable our own leaders.
Evan, they don’t care about the integrity of our elections. That’s clear as day now. There is a wing of the Republican Party who want power, and could care less about what it does to the foundations of this nation. They don’t love this country like we do.

How can an ineligible voter who voted by mistake get five years, but perpetrating mass ballot fraud get a do-over? Election fraud should be prosecuted as organized crime. When abetted by party officials, they should forfeit the election. Nothing else will deter.
If Harris financed this fraud, he should be barred from running in my opinion. Imagine if the state elects this guy anyway.

Why would he even allowed to run again? In sports, if you’re caught cheating, you’re disqualified. Period. The people who *didn’t* cheat aren’t forced to compete all over again.
