Everyone is prepared for "higher paying jobs" which is why many states have to rely solely upon illegals to do the work our citizens are too proud to do.
-
Except, Americans are not prepared for technical high paying jobs. They don't have education or other skills required to fill the positions. Thus reasons why people are brought in from India et al, to do this work. Americans are stuck in the middle. Lots of blame to go around.

Corporate leaders have a fiduciary responsibility to stockholders. But they don’t need to make so damn much money. The wages of employees are flat yet upper management and owners make hundreds of times the salaries. Owners and upper mngmt are the 1% and workers just peons.
