The problem here is that this particular one, even if you think Kavanaugh is innocent, is a scar that will last and last. He was appointed to the Supreme Court under allegations of sexual assault which *weren’t investigated*.
I have friends on each side of this Kavanaugh brawl, and I’ve also stated my views. But I ask those who now gloat in victory and others who promise retribution by similar means, where do you think this tribal, winner-take-all approach to governing will take the nation we share?

I don’t know how we’re supposed to ‘get past that’ and move on. A good proportion of the country, mostly women, but not only women, now believes that they cannot get justice under this situation.

....the nation is going where the WH, GOP, and 35% of the country are dragging it. To achieve power they have corrupted the voting process, the judicial system, and conspired with hostile foreign powers

The Republicans have started that they would do anything to make Obama a 1 term President. They held the Garland seat for over a year. They've purged voters, they've passed ridiculous voter laws to prohibit voting. It's time Democrats grow a spine and get down in the mud too

I'm an independent and there was a time when I did vote Republican ( when I thought the candidate was good) but I can't anymore. The party is too far gone. Ill be voting straight Democrat this election and in 2020. There needs to be a check on the madness coming from the Right.
