Ford accusation aside, what gives me pause about Kavanaugh’s credibility are his: -Repeated misrepresentations of witness statements. -Refusal to acknowledge his heavy drinking despite indications of it. -Unlikely portrayal of “Renate Alumni.” -Calendar entry on 1 July 1982.

Turning the blackout question around on Senator Klobuchar tells me all I need to know. He's got a smug "everybody does it" attitude. I can see he was a drunk then, & is probably still a drunk with anger issues now. If he just OWNED THE TRUTH none of this would be happening to him

Two Catholic magazines, one conservative one not, just dropped their endorsement of him. That is powerful witness that he was judged and found desperately wanting as far as truth and behavior.
