I disagree. His demonstrated partisan attacks and emotional outbursts and repeated interruption of Dem Senators, his lying about not watching Dr Ford - any of those are disqualifying and taken together, absolutely disqualifying. And the Clintons? Seriously?

Even if you believe none of her accusations: We haven’t seen his records. He committed perjury. He has refused to ask for an investigation. He was disrespectful to Senators. He is extremely partisan. He showed that he has no interest in impartiality. He is not fit for this seat.

Assault allegations aside, Kavanaugh proved himself to be unfit to serve as an impartial jurist. By all means, an FBI investigation is in order but he should not be seated on the SC regardless of outcome.
