  I'm not conspiratorial, but it's awfully suspicious Rosenstein hit piece emerges on same day Trump's forced to backtrack on FISA declassification order. Almost like when plan A to discredit DOJ failed, Trump allies moved to plan B, feeding convenient narrative to NYT.
