Exactly, you can't let a party get illegally elected (many on coattails) and then refuse to impeach their leader. That is a breakdown of the system and a Constitutional Crisis.

Sitting President can’t be indicted? Seriously? If he literally “shoots someone on 5th Ave”, like he likes to brag about, would that still be the case? My bet is yes, he would be indicted for a capital crime. So then it becomes a matter of degrees. What degree is treason?
