About 15 yrs ago, I was in a window seat Philly-Seattle. You could just see the peak of Rainier through the clouds. Just as we came up to it, a climber broke through the clouds. He turned to us and raised his arms, and half the plane cheered. Amazing moment.

Great picture! When I visit Seattle and even Tacoma, Mt. Rainier is so massive it feels like an incredible giant looming on one side of the city.
