Evan, the Republican party is gone. Republican officials won't criticize him because he controls their voters. Trump is the animating spirit of Republicans.
The lies. The dictator adoration. The bigotry. The lawlessness. The indecency. The corruption. The forced separation of families and the caging of children. This is Trumpism and it is evil. It’s destructive to people, to the Republican Party and, most importantly, to our country.

It IS the Republican Party. He was not voted in by forest animals, invading Visigoths and a cabal of aliens. He was chosen, after being exposed as a horrible person, by the Republican Party. Then forced on the rest of us by Republicans.
