How sacred did those same people consider the president during the period of 2008-2016?
The assertion that the presidency is “sacred” is a tyrannical ploy to consecrate a man, elevating him above the law and the people. It is a perversion of what is truly holy: the natural free will of humankind, which requires the accountability of all who govern.

I never once heard President Obama suggest being president for life was a good idea. Even as a joke. I never once heard him suggest that he was above the law nor did any of his supporters. I don't recall anyone suggesting that he was sacred. A good man. Yes.
