    example: has yet to file an OIS report on a fatal shooting from 9/2017. I know because they filed a CDR. I've informed the state and SO, but even if they file now, the woman killed isn't counted in the annual report from 2017. OAG is only a repository.

    unfortunately, the annual reports aren't amended to reflect reports that were filed late. but I've been continuously watchdogging them since '15.

    seen media quoting 's annual reports on OIS. One thing to note: I've found missing fatality reports every year. Agencies have filed after I've alerted them to it, but at least 2 fatalities weren't counted in 2017 report. There were 160 OIS in Texas last year; 27 were unarmed
