that is assumption obviously, youre not there, you dont know whats going on, you cant prove whats going on yet what the man did in front of the child is still traumatizing, and can still be punished, violence against annoyance, again, isnt justifiable

I am seeing the same exact thing everyone else is seeing. And I'm calling out the assumptions they are making. That's the point we don't know what she was throwing at him before. We don't know how hard he slapped her.
