    France: Verhofstadt (VLD-ALDE) has announced that ALDE and REM have agreed upon an alliance for next year's EP elections. Christophe Castaner (REM-ALDE) has refuted Verhoftstadt's comment. Both Verhofstadt and Macron have spoken against Spitzenkandidaten process in the past week.

    Sweden: Comparison of pollster accuracy in 2018 elections. Demoskop, SKOP and Inizio performed well, YouGov and Sentio inaccurate In general, S was underestimated by everyone, SD overestimated by YouGov and Sentio. V slightly overestimated
