Coal plant closure announcements continue apace. ’s Fiddler’s Ferry plant will close in 2020 after £40m loss last year. Meanwhile ’s closure of their Dürnrohr plant the same year will bring Austria’s coal phase out forward by five years. #BeyondCoal

Do you know the Jharia coal fields in india ? The field is bigger
then germany and in Constantly sets itself on fire. We cant even stop the coal burning there. And in china there are even more smaller fields. So why not first solve this problem before shurtting down our plants ?
