Liberals and their allies in the press have been calling for President Trump to take action. Tonight, President Trump addressed the nation, outlining several important steps for dealing with this serious pandemic. Now the pundits say he’s going too far. They are hypocrites.

The moment the President stated the fact that the coronavirus originated in China, a CNN reporter started complaining that he was being xenophobic. The virus did start in China. Denying this fact is political correctness gone crazy.

The President is wisely temporarily limiting certain travel from Europe. The liberals are going crazy. You know who else is limiting travel? A lot of Europeans. The entire country of Italy is in lock down. We also have already suspended most travel to Asia.

The President is also trying to expedite SBA loans to businesses struggling with economic losses. I hope this relief is especially prioritized for senior care facilities. Seniors are the most vulnerable.

Funding can help nursing homes and medical care facilities contain and combat this disease. They risk being crushed with overtime costs for staff. An outbreak will strain these facilities. They will need additional staff for crisis medical care, supplies, and expanded cleaning.

Look, this is exactly what is wrong with our political leaders and the cable news talking heads. They don’t care about problems; they have an agenda. Right now that agenda is showing their hypocrisy. We need to come together and focus on solutions.

When I say solutions, I mean non-partisan solutions. I would like the President, the Governor, and health authorities to speak more loudly and clearly on topics like: * Concerns about hoarding cleaning materials, and personal protection equipment; and
