Today I issued a memorandum to the force on the display of flags at facilities. With this change in policy, we will further improve the morale, cohesion, and readiness of the force in defense of our great Nation.

Are you kidding me, this memorandum is garbage. Just outright ban the Confederate Flag like did. People are already playing arm chair detective to think of ways to get around it or use it against things like the pride flag.
