    Maar zonder die punten aan te pakken, kun je er beter niet aan beginnen. Het lijkt mij ook dat nu goed weer naar kan om implementatie een nog stevigere push te geven voor betere operaties

    ... er zijn 2 grotere problemen: 1) conflict context te weinig meegenomen in ontwerp missie. Teveel invloed van binnenlandse politiek; 2) missieduur veel te kort. Punt 1 vereist meer risico nemen +keuzes maken. Punt 2 langdurige, robuuste en betrouwbare inzet. Allebei lastig.

    Weinig verrassend constateert nu dat er vervolgens druk op de missie ontstond om positief aan Den Haag te rapporteren. De TK spreekt er schande van en beloofde al beterschap... ...maar...

    Bij conceptie was bekend dat extra inzet in dit gebied nauwelijks nodig was, zeker niet met beperkingen. Missies in oorlogsgebied zijn altijd deels ‘vechtmissies’. Ook van of . Toch stuurt NL een missie met beperkingen die Kafka versteld zouden doen staan

    Ter herinnering: was de opvolger van waar NL zich vooral inzette om in de gunst te komen bij de . De 3D + inktvlek aanpak oogste lof, maar bleek beperkt effectief. zorgde voor een kabinetscrisis in 2010.
