    Hey y'all, check out my latest passion project: A COVID-19 Dashboard that has statistics on cases, deaths, and vaccinations all in one place. It's driven by APIs from the CDC to populate data for the whole country, as well as each state and territory.

    I’ve lost track of the conversations I’ve had over the years, in which I’ve heard that “accessibility isn’t part of our MVP (minimum viable product) milestone.” If your product isn’t accessible, it’s not viable. But it certainly *is* discriminatory.

    Walked 338,908 steps in January, an average just shy of 11,000 steps a day for a total distance of 173 miles
    Lost 14.4 pounds in January
    Committed code almost every day (the first few days in January aren't real)
    - BONUS: my French lesson on Duolingo is still going strong

    In lieu of attempting huge New Years resolutions, I'm trying smaller incremental resolutions to optimize my time and improve my mood. For instance, instead of non-stop Doomscrolling, I've been reviewing dev questions on Stack Overflow and have earned my first golden badge :D

    I have earned my first golden badge, the "Steward" badge, on Stack Overflow for reviewing 1,000 tasks.
