  5. REALITY is starting to become contagious. Last week, MSM were RIDICULING anyone suggesting could become a Pandemic. This CNBC piece presents mainstream experts starting to say what those of us who pay attention were saying a week ago:

China confirmed 3,235 new cases. Although that's the biggest daily addition so far, it represents only an 18.79% increase over yesterday. Notably, this is the first daily increase of less than 20% in weeks. But the reason for the lower % is likely lack of test kits

4/ in Ex-China case count. 10% per day is already SCARY, but it's nothing like 25-40% seen in China. The MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION RIGHT NOW is whether the Ex-China rate of infection will steepen its growth trajectory in coming weeks to match what occurred in China. END THREAD

3/ The Ex-China case count is currently growing at just under 10% per day. That's MUCH better than the in-China case count, which peaked at 40% per day growth rate per and is still over 20% per day. We need to closely watch the 2nd derivative (rate of change)

2/ The reason this is so important is that most of the world is in what may be denial... It's contained to China... It's no worse than regular flu... It's nothing to worry about.. THE GROWTH TRAJECTORY OF THE EX-CHINA CASE COUNT (and later, Death toll) IS WHERE RUBBER MEETS ROAD

1/THREAD: I recently suggested (here: ) that because Chinese data is so unreliable, we should start focusing on EX-CHINA case data, esp WRT exponential growth trajectory. wasted no time responding with this ex-china case graph:

Thank you all for your overwhelming support and your understanding of my particular experience as a result of The Wall Street Journal’s lack of quality control. However, don’t worry about me as I will be fine. (1/4)
