It's a crime, it's harassment, but it's not violence. It's humiliation, not physical harm.

Words are not violence. Hitting other people with objects or fists is violence. Words are speech. Speech is protected as long as it isn’t a direct threat.

That's literally what you're advocating for though. If people are told by figures they trust that, for example "All gay people are rapists" then some of those people will kill gay people. Those words are violence and cause greater violence
