I find her plan ridiculous. How about funding pre-natal care?? How about bringing in universal healthcare? That will decrease maternal mortality?

Those things will help too. But bundled payment is a proven policy lever that is already in place for many conditions for Medicare. There is a low barrier for implementation that will likely have faster results. And responds to the very things that studies show are the root cause
