Oh! I thought of another question - do you all have the same working pattern, like "we are open Monday - Thursday" or do you have a mosaic of working 4 days so the 5 day week that others are working is covered?

We found it absolutely didn’t work if you could ‘pick’ your extra weekend day. It’s always Friday for everyone which is treated like a weekend day. It helps to put that in your email signature if you deal with external folks (I’m mostly the only one who does)
