Only 1 was carrying a gun. He is the survivor, not a felon. A legal gun owner with a CCW license in WI and a licensed EMT!https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2020/10/03/kenosha-shooting-victims/?arc404=true …

The first one - Rosenbaum - was a convicted child rapist who tried to take his rifle The Second - Huber - hit him with a skate board, which is battery, was a wife beater The third - Grosskreutz - had a conviction for being armed and intoxicated.

That is incorrect he had convictions for paraphernalia, which were misdemeanors. His CCW license was still valid. That falsehood has been debunked repeatedly.

Again if that was true he would be facing charges for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Not only is that a lie but common sense would prevail that in such a high profile case he would also be facing charges if this was true.

Ej what do you think would have happened if anyone of those people had got their hands properly on the 17 year old. Do you think the mob that was following up behind would have done. Do you think they would have held off?

Grosskreutz openly chastised himself on FB about his hesitation in going in for the kill and this led him to being shot first.

That doesn't change the outcome of the case. If you had watched this kid shoot 2 other people you might question why you didn't shoot first also after having your bicep blown off because you hesitated.

It doesn’t detract from the fact that he was part of a mob that was seeking violence for Kyle. No one was running after that kid to tell him off. The whole night was full of assholes Kyle included.

Let me ask you this. Do you think Kyle should go to jail. Your conjecture aside. Do you think he is guilty or do you think he has a reasonable case for self defense.

I think he could pose a case for self-defense potentially. I believe that painting him as a hero rather than trying to look at this as a kid who was in over his head may hurt his case.

I think he is more likely to be acquitted on the murder charges but possibly will be found guilty on the attempted murder charge and the misdemeanor gun charge and serve little time in prison if he doesn't have a juvenile record.
