But... the jury's out on whether bros are getting any of their sh*t fixed, or if they're getting what's euphemistically called in the therapy biz "supportive" therapy (i.e. light feedback designed to keep bros from collapsing in the face of their own undisputed mediocrity).

I straight up called it “work therapy” when describing it. Honestly really helpful and totally worth the money my job was paying for it

executive coaches ought, like sports coaches, drive performance on the court. life coaches are not executive coaches and neither of them are therapists. the muddling of the 3 does no one any good.
