1/2 Truth: SF “leaders” & nonprofits WANT this city to be disgusting & dangerous. they don’t desire safety, beauty, cleanliness, & economic vibrancy. they want filth, tents, crime, insanity, & addiction. knowing this, we move forward & change everything.

You are right on. I am sick and tired of being "terroized" by the homeless/drug addicts/alcoholics/mentally ill. I am sick and tired of being verbally abused, hit, followed and sexually solicited. Nobody wants or deserves that.
-
Yesterday, I saw a mentally ill, naked guy by Fox Market on Larkin/Eddy as I was coming back from running an errand. Before that, I got sexually solicited. Get a clue as to what people really want and expect. I want safe, clean streets.

That’s an opinion which you are entitled to but also it is not the same as providing evidence for the assertion you made regarding motivations i your first tweet in this thread. Can you clarify what data you have to back your first assertion up? Or will you continue to deflect?pic.twitter.com/8X8VWI2UAh

When I see someone unsheltered, LIVING on the street, I first think about the HUMAN experiencing that, the trauma they’re accumulating, and what I/we can do to help solve the ROOT issues... NOT the cleanliness of where I have to walk for that moment. Maybe that’s just me though

-
No one is saying the homeless shouldn't be helped - we are saying that the "harm reduction" tactics (I.e. providing drugs & paraphernalia) have made homelessness in SF exponentially worse, ALSO, human feces in the streets isn't acceptable living conditions for us. Both are true.
