Why do real physicians with real MDs become homeopaths? It's never made sense to me.

There is no such thing as a naturopathic doctor. Naturopaths, licensed or not, are all quacks, frauds, charlatans, fakes, and scammers. Just supplement pushers in white coats. Nothing could be clearer.

Name one modality, one treatment, one nostrum that has been dropped from the naturopathic standard of care due to lack of efficacy. If you can’t name one, then the standard of care is meaningless and the practice is quackery.

Yes yes.

There are doctors, and there are naturopaths. "One of these things is not like the other one"...

If they have a qualification in homeopathy and use it, then they're a quack. If they have a qualifucation in homeopathy and don't use it becuase they don't believe in it then they're hypocritical quacks.

All licensed "naturopathic doctors" are quacks. Though I wouldn't say they are all charlatans (most of them aren't), since that would imply they know that they are peddling nonsense. I suspect the overwhelming majority of them sincerely believe in what they are selling.

I think charlatan is a term that should still apply to the wilfully ignorant.
