Mutations happen when someone has the virus, and it remains active for a long time in that single person, allowing it to mutate effectively, and then transmit it to someone else. So no. This is how viruses work. COVID isn't a genius virus that defies all laws of viral mutation.

This isn't very true. The two dose vaccinations provide an excellent breeding ground for new mutations and increase the viral fitness. Your condition of being fully vaccinated is misleading to the claim that our current vaccine distribution won't promote mutation.

Number of mutation is proportional to the number of virus multiplication. More vaccines -> less multiplication.
