We just need to pay people a material amount of money - $100-200 - to get vaccinated. And make it retroactive. Every day that goes by without vaccinations costs way more than that. We need to get to 80% as fast as possible. Cash will do it.

Are you hitting the wall where supply/logistics exceeds demand?

Perhaps. More likely the low hanging fruit of those at more risk have been offered the vaccine and either taken it or wont because they don't want it. So they are starting to run into problem where there is more vaccine supply than there is demand.

I noticed that among the 65+ category the rate has been flat-lining at about 80%. That 20% might be the number of people who won't get it.
