From the paper, it sounds to me that an OVERALL immune response is ideal for long-term protection, implication that low-levels of nAb should suffice if a balance between nAb, memory B, CD4+ and CD8+ are present.

Now we need the "protection correlates" ! Ok, we know that immune response lasts at least 8 months... But what about the protection provided by this response ? What are the antibody titers or effector T cells % associated with resistance to infection, or to severe COVID ?
