The 2nd rapid home antigen test for covid, takes 15 minutes, cleared by FDA today, $25. Still too expensive for frequent/daily use but we're definitely headed in the right direction

People will rely on week old tests. This is what this testing means. Is it wise to clear this?

We should simply ban all testing. If people don't know when they're contagious, they'll never leave the house and we'll keep the virus at the low levels we've been experiencing lately.

How do these compare in accuracy/validity to the
#COVID19 IgG/IgM rapid test device using blood, used by professionals? -
It tests nucleocapsid protein antigen of SARS-CoV-2 in the respiratory tract, not IGm or iGg, It is much earlier than a serological blood test.

Again, I looked into the company’s Web site to access the test. No indication where I can get this test in my area. Lot’s of rosy press releases, but not clear whether the test will have a meaningful impact on the ground.

Same problem with the Ellume home test that got EUA yesterday. They're not scaled for purchase until January. It's really not that helpful when the crest in cases is happening now.
