We know that case & death data are being severely altered by the holiday. Is hospitalization data similarly affected?

Could it be that more people would need to be hospitalized but aren’t because they’re not eligible or don’t have insurance? How does health insurance affects hospitalization rates?

There's also the fact that not all hospitals have the right kind of equipment/specialties to cover COVID + the thing nobody is talking abt but will definitely affect doctors in the aftermath is that often their malpractice insurance only covers them performing certain procedures.
