You mean like generic -sartan ARBs? Got it. Will do.
ARBs aren’t supplements nor should they be bought w/o an rx off the shelf. There is strong evidence for benefits in heart failure, renal disease, BP reduction, post MI etc for ARBs by rx under the care of a physician. Generic ARBs are also much cheaper. $4 at Walmart
Including baby aspirin, no stomach issues?
Curious what you think about our prenatal! We show our work and link to the research behind it: https://natalist.com/products/prenatal-multi-omega-dha-duo …
Prenatal is an exception w/ data supporting folate, mutlivitamins. Your site recommends Omega-3 pills, but I don't see that supported by @acog's statement cited https://www.acog.org/Patients/FAQs/Nutrition-During-Pregnancy?IsMobileSet=false … or anything for "high-quality bioidentical ingredients..." as sold at Natalist.pic.twitter.com/4kJ6b1wo5t
Agree. Supplements are like scratch tickets. Expensive, you don’t know what you get, and you will likely not reap any benefits.
Would you extend that recommendation to Vitamin D supplements for people living in extreme latitudes?
Doesn't that count as vitamin D deficient, which is basically treating a medical condition rather than "supplementing" where there is no need? With respect, you cannot extend an extreme case (see what I did there?) to a general case and have the argument hold.
